Admissions
How do I apply?+
Fill in the online form on the Admissions page. Our office will call you to complete enrolment, no printed forms needed.
What ages / classes do you take?+
Basic school through Junior High (KG to JHS 3). Choose the class on the application form.
What do you need to enrol my child?+
The completed application, your phone number, and your child’s details. The office will guide you through any documents (birth certificate, previous reports).
Fees & payments
How much are the fees?+
Fees are a simple, all-inclusive daily amount set per class (it covers tuition, feeding, transport and studies), held in your child’s wallet. Ask the office for your class’s exact rate.
How do I pay?+
By mobile money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo). The school sends you a secure payment link on WhatsApp, or you top up from the parent portal.
How do I know my payment went through?+
The wallet updates automatically once the payment network confirms, you and the school see it in real time. You never lose a receipt.
What if I fall behind?+
The portal shows your balance any time, and the office sends a gentle WhatsApp reminder. Talk to the bursar early, we’re here to help.
Safety & the school day
How is pickup kept safe?+
Only guardians you have authorized can collect your child. The gate officer scans a pickup card (or your phone’s rotating pass) and checks the authorized photo before releasing your child.
What are the school hours?+
Monday to Friday, morning to afternoon. Exact times are shared at enrolment and on the Contact page.
Is attendance tracked?+
Yes. Teachers take a morning register for every class, and staff clock in by scanning their badge. Parents can see attendance in the portal.
Learning & reports
How are children graded?+
Continuous assessment plus end-of-term exams, converted automatically to Ghana’s NaCCA proficiency levels.
How do I get my child’s report card?+
Report cards are generated in the system and can be printed or sent to you on WhatsApp, no waiting until vacation day.
